Musician, not Magician
Great live music for any situation! Scott plays a diverse range of genres spaning decades with an expandable act from Solo & Duet performances up to his 11 piece band and all sorts of configuations in between. Cover sets of popular music from Johnny Cash to Chappell Roan or completely original independent music. For solo shows he usually plays his 12-string acoustic guitar or ukulele, but if available he loves to playing on a real piano.
Scott has a variety of styles, instrumentation and acts for all types of venues and events and would love to chat to see how to best suit your needs.
A veteran of Vancouver's music scene, Scott is a singer/frontman who also plays ukulele, piano, keys, and guitar. In the late 90's he toured Canada with his Ska Band, The Malchiks, later played with various rock and punk bands, an elaborate experimental hip hop performance group, folk music, IDM and returned to Ska Music in 2010 with his current 11 member band Brehdren.

Scott's favourite answer when asked what he'd like to be when he grew up. To the great annoyance of his family, Scott developed an incredible variation of range in pitches, timbres, and vocal qualities. Not only creating all sorts of character styles, impersonations, and sound effects but also his love for singing.
Scott actively provides his vocal talents to short films, animations, and video games and would love to hear about your next project to discover if he is the right match.

He enjoyed the challenges and struggles of becoming a multi-disciplinary media artist through hard work, great mentors, collaborations, and experience. His interminable curiosity has lead him to numerous joys and extremely satisfying acomplishments. This is not just bragging, it's an encouragement that you can do anything you want to if you just keep working at it. Scott trained himself how to cross one eye independently. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
Don't take the shortcuts. Take the long route, the experience is better.
